The warranty does not cover issues caused by collisions, improper storage, use other than intended by the manufacturer, operation exceeding the manufacturers specified limits or any other damage caused by the user. If a problem is determined to be outside of the cover of the warranty, the call out, labour time and parts may be chargeable. Consumable parts such as tyres, motor brushes etc. are not covered by the warranty but are guaranteed to be free from defects at the point of delivery, the product must be in ‘as new’ and saleable condition with all parts present and undamaged, for more details check out the terms and conditions page.

All of our large products are pre-built with all packaging removed and delivered to you by an engineer who will adjust the product to your needs and explain how everything works, this will be carried out by our partner delivery company who will contact you once they receive the product from the manufacturer, they will call to arrange the delivery time that is best for you, the average time from order to delivery is 10 working days.

Most of our larger items come direct from the manufacturer, this allows us to give you the best possible prices but this may mean there is a slight delay in getting the product to you if the manufacturer is awaiting stock, if this is the case we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date and some alternative products that could be delivered quicker, at this point you can keep your order the same, choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.

If you are familiar with the model you are ordering and are happy to build it yourself, we can have it delivered direct from the manufacturer for a small discount, some larger products come in very large boxes, often on pallets which are very difficult to move, store and build, if this is something you would prefer, please call or email us – please note, if you pick the pallet delivery option and are unable to build it, it may take up to 2 weeks before an engineer can come and do it, so it would need to be moved somewhere safe in the meantime, we will not accept returns that have been left outside.

Standard delivery by an engineer to KW, SA, IV, PH30-39 & TR postcodes are charged at an extra £50.00 we will have to contact you after to arrange for this payment.

Engineer delivery is unavailable in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Isles or elsewhere, if you would like a standard courier delivery to one of these areas this is normally possible, please call or email to check, if you order without contacting first, we will contact you to explain what is involved.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days or delivery, if you would like to return, please contact us and we will arrange collection, the returned product must be in the exact same condition you received it in, we reserve the right to charge for damaged or missing parts at the current rate of new parts and labour required to repair or replace them.

Any damage caused by delivery or manufacturer defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by telephone or email with photographic evidence available.

VAT Exemption is available to anybody in the UK with a recognised medical condition, all our prices are assuming VAT exemption (if applicable) so the price you see is the price you pay. All you need to do is fill in the disability question on the product page at the time of ordering, if you have more than one disability just put one, if you cannot fit the name within the box just type as much as you can.
